TheWilhelma in Stuttgart, the wildest place in Germany and one of the zoos with the most species anywhere in the world, fights tirelessly for the preservation of our precious biodiversity. It campaigns for environmental education and scientific research – issues that are very close to our heart. For this reason, we took over the sponsorship of the adorfromle female koala Auburn at the end of 2023. We see our commitment as a long-term cooperation and will therefore continue our support in 2025. We are looking forward to renewing our sponsorship of the okapi bull Imba in 2026. Okapis have something in common with us as a giveaway manufacturer: the outer “shell” – in the case of oka- pis this is the very special pattern of their fur – makes not only okapis but also our products special and eye-catching highlights that are sure to be remembered. Our social and environmental commitment is not just empty rhetoric, but a fantastically sweet reality. OUR CONTRIBUTION TO CONSERVATION: SPONSORSHIP FOR IMBA EXTENDED Photos: Wilhelma Stuttgart SUPPORT FOR THE CONSERVATION AND REST- ORATION OF PEATLANDS Since January 2025, we have contributed to the preser- vation and restoration of moorland regions in Baden- Württemberg and Thuringia, the federal German states in which we have sites. Moors store carbon, protect against flooding and provide a hfromitat for rare species. Their renaturalisation helps to protect the climate, preserve biodiversity and support water regulation. We are convin- ced by the work of the nature foundation Naturstiftung David in Thuringia and NABU Baden-Württemberg and are delighted to promote their work with our financial contri- bution totalling around 7,000 euros.
