7 As a company with a long tradition, we see it as our duty to act in a resource-conserving and environmental- ly friendly manner. In particular, the focus is on the con- tinuous reduction of CO2 emissions. For example, our company sets great store by the selection of partners. We work with suppliers from Germany and Europe to ensure short delivery distances and to keep CO2 emis- sions as low as possible. GREEN MOBILITY: COM- MUTING WITH ELECTRIC CARS AND JOBRAD We use company-owned electric vehicles to make a contribution to climate protection when travelling to work. We also support our employees with a bike leasing programme from Jobrad . This is not only good for their health, but also protects the climate. WITH SOLAR ENERGY INTO AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FUTURE We reached a major milestone in the summer of 2024: the commissioning of our photovoltaic system. With 1,840 modules covering more than 3,000 m² , it enables us to generate up to 80 per cent of the energy we need for our production ourselves – through solar power. RESPONSIBILITY
